Smart Action Plans

Green Status (Sufficient Balance)

Employee has enough balance in the requested leave type
Request proceeds normally
No adjustments needed

Yellow Status (Adjustment Required)

Insufficient balance in requested leave type
System proposes using Annual Leave balance
Shows breakdown of days from each type
Transparent adjustment preview

Red Status (LWP Warning)

All earned leave balances exhausted
Remaining days marked as Leave Without Pay (LWP)
Salary deduction warning
Encourages reconsideration
