❌ Don't:

  • Apply for leave during critical project phases without prior discussion
  • Submit multiple overlapping requests
  • Ignore LWP warnings
  • Leave the reason field empty

Understanding Action Plans

What is an Action Plan?

The Action Plan is the system's intelligent proposal for how your leave request will be processed. It ensures transparency and helps you make informed decisions.

Action Plan Components

  1. Leave Type Breakdown

    • Shows which leave types will be used
    • Displays the number of days from each type
  2. Balance Impact

  3. Approval Status

    • Indicates if the request can be approved

Smart Adjustments

The system automatically:

  • Uses your requested leave type first
